About Paul Fulmer, MD:

Dr. Fulmer is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist, Head & Neck surgeon who brings over 20 years of experience to our team. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University in 1984 and then went on to receive his Doctorate of Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Dr. Fulmer completed his residency with the Department of Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. After having a successful ENT practice in Tyler, TX for over 20 years, he decided to begin practicing more specialized treatment for Texan Allergy & Sinus Center.
