Robert E. Harvey, MD received his BS in Chemistry from University of Missouri, Columbia in 1971. He graduated from Baylor College of Medicine in 1974. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine (1977) and a two-year Fellowship in Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology (1979) at Wilford Hall-USAF Medical Center. Dr. Harvey is the only physician in Victoria and the surrounding counties that is Board Certified in both Internal Medicine and Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. Prior to joining Victoria Allergy and Asthma Clinic in 1983, he worked at Wilford Hall-USAF Medical Center in San Antonio and Carswell Regional USAF Hospital in Fort Worth. Dr. Harvey joined the Aspire Allergy & Sinus team in 2022.

They helped me and my family with our allergies and asthma. This place is the only clinic within 100 miles of Victoria that has Board Certified Allergists so we knew we couldn't go wrong. The staff were friendly and efficient and Doctor Harvey did a great job of answering all of our questions. If you have allergies do yourself a favor and go to Victoria Allergy and Asthma Clinic.

"Saved Me from Misery!"

Dr Harvey saved me from severe GI issues that i had been seeing a specialist for almost a year to get help and was not helping. Needless to say, the allergy clinic saved me from misery and discomfort that plagued me and caused me to lose my job. The staff has been helpful with insurance issues as well.
